As part of the secure ordering process you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number as also record with your bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or even result in you bank declining payment. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.
Delivery times?
These goods will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class at a charge of £3.99. Please note that Royal Mail deliveries can take between 1-10 working days.
No refunds on Personalised items.
